Welcome to my new website! After working in an office setting for the last 13 years, I got sick of being stationary and decided to quit my office job and pursue my true passion, helping others with their fitness journey! I've been working out for most of my adult life and honestly, as a 51 year old, it is much more challenging to keep up with all the things I used to do, and things I still want to do! Arthritis, among other issues that come with age, are things I live with on a daily basis, but I find the strength to keep going! To stay in shape at this age, I have found new ways to work out that I would love to share with you as your personal trainer.
