My name is Vesna Nelson and I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise. I am additionally certified in Functional Training, TRX Suspension Training and Stick Mobility. I provide individual and partner training sessions with an emphasis on flexibility, mobility and strength.
Growing up in Bosnia and Herzegovina, I was always an active person, even though I did not play many sports as a child. It wasn't until my late 20’s I found that the gym was the most relaxing place for me to be! My husband and I have been married for 20 years and we have two kids. While the kids were little, I stayed home and spent time with them but, as time went on, I decided to get a job which tied me to a desk for the past 13 years. Even with all the craziness of having a family and a full time job, I would always find time to work out!
In January of 2020 I retired from my desk job to pursue my passion by offering personal training to those who are interested in maintaining an active life-style, getting stronger and enjoying every day activities.
